The reason why I wanted to express the extraordinary in the ordinary is because I thought so from the research results of Ghibli's composition. I want to create a sense of everyday life, so I placed a girl going to school by the side of my house. She wanted to express the extraordinary, so she wanted to create a scene that is rarely seen in everyday life, so she laid the dog on top of the block wall. The animal that is often seen on the block wall is supposed to be a cat, but the fact that there is a dog riding on it gives it an extraordinary feeling.

　主題が登校中の女の子であり、副題がブロック塀の上で寝ている柴犬である。その設定意図は、日常の風景の中に非日常なものを写したかったからである。何故、日常の中に非日常を表そうと思ったのかは、ジブリの構図の研究結果からそう思ったから。日常感を出したいので、家の横を通る登校中の女の子を配置する。非日常を表したいので、日常では滅多に見ることのない風景にしたいと思い、ブロック塀の上に犬を寝かせてみた。よくブロック塀の上にいる動物は、猫のはずなのに、犬が乗っているという所が非日常感を出しているところである。
